Kirrily has overall accountability for the customer experience, retailers and Joint Venture partners, as well as the Asset Manager functions at Vicinity Centres. This includes the performance of the centres’ management teams who govern all areas of the consumer experience, centre operations as well as the allocation of capital and operational expenditure across the portfolio. She also shares responsibility for the development and execution of Vicinity’s long-term asset and portfolio strategy and works alongside the Capital Partnering team to support strong engagement with our Joint Venture partners on co-owned assets.
