Drawing on specific expertise in the property trust and funds management sector, Kelvin helps clients to craft strategies which will make the most of their brand and enhance their customers’ experience in the built environment.

Kelvin brings more than 35 years of experience to international projects ranging from commercial, retail, residential and urban precincts to transportation, health care and education campuses. As Project Director, Kelvin balances the value of good design with pragmatic aspects of cost planning, project delivery and product lifecycle management for long-term value.

Across all projects, Kelvin’s particular interest is applying human-centred design principles to create spaces where people thrive and performance is enhanced, thereby delivering a more valuable asset for clients.
